The Workshop Collective is a group of young international artists, producers, rappers, DJs, activists, writers, innovative thinkers, designers, and event coordinators; but most importantly, we are all one big family. Our eclectic set of talents, mixed with the motivation of a determined group of creative people with common goals, allows us to adapt to any situation, embrace all perspectives, and successfully provide the public with music, art, and events that will entertain, inspire, and unite people from all walks of life.
During the Italian Renaissance, young artists who displayed talent in their media were sent away to study under a master at his workshop. Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo Buonarroti, and other prominent artists from that Renaissance studied at La Bottega del Verrocchio (Verrocchio’s Workshop). At this workshop, master artist Andrea del Verrocchio taught these young artists what they needed to progress as an artist. The workshop was also a place where young talents could learn from each other, growing together as a team and family.
